Payments

Payments will be made as follows:
Initial payment: 50% of total value upon start the contract. 25% payment at development stage, with remaining balance due upon delivery.

You will receive invoices for each scheduled payment. All invoices are payable within 7 days from receipt. We will have the right to send you an invoice against the work completed if you do not provide us with any formal feedback within 30 days from the delivery date.

Validity of fees

The cost proposal is valid for 30 days.

Taxes

The fees quoted in this proposal include all applicable taxes.

Additional Costs

You will also receive monthly invoices for costs outside of our professional fees. These invoices are payable within 7 days from receipt.

Out-of-Pocket Expenses

Our professional fees do not include out-of-pocket expenses. Out-of-pocket expenses for travel, lodging, delivery, telephone, and non- vended supplies and services will be billed without a handling fee.

If we incur significant vended expenses approved by you, such as production services or supplies, whether included in the fee or out-of-pocket, we will add a 10% handling fee; or we may ask you to pay the vendor directly.

Production Related Fees and Expenses
Print or video production, animation, retouching, or preparation of out-of-scope electronic presentations are not included in our fee. Any deliverables requiring these services will be produced using our standard hourly rates and will require written approval from you. Prior to commencing any work that will be charged on an hourly rate basis, hara digital shall provide you with an estimate of the time and fees of such work for approval.

Photography Related Fees and Expenses
All expenses associated with the production, acquisition, and licensing of photography for any deliverables will be an additional cost and scoped in a separate proposal for your approval prior to commencement.

Out-of-Scope Requests

If you request out-of-scope deliverables or a change that affects the timing, cost, or deliverables outlined in this work plan, we will ask you to work with us to complete a Change Order form. We use the information in the form to track project activity and ensure your objectives are met within the budget and schedule described in this proposal. If your request cannot be delivered within the budget and schedule of this proposal, we will inform you as soon as possible after receiving your request. We may request additional fees for out-of- scope requests and project changes.

Late Charges

On any amounts due to hara digital (fees or additional charges) under this agreement and not settled by you within the agreed terms of payment, hara digital digital reserves the right, without prejudice to temporarily stop the work until the payment status is resolved.

Changes in Project Scope

Our timetable and fees are based on the work plan presented in this proposal. If you require us to undertake work beyond the scope of the proposal, you agree that we are entitled to increase our fee accordingly. We will notify you immediately if this situation arises and will not proceed until we have received your written approval.

Changes in Project Schedule

Our schedule assumes that you will provide us with access to all relevant information and personnel necessary to complete the project on a timely basis, and that the decision points and deadlines specified in the work plan will be adhered to. If delays occur through no fault of ours, we reserve the right to amend the payment schedule to receive fees for work produced to date.
